全体国际员工：

根据公司《bevictor伟德官网2025年暑假有关事项安排的通知》，现将国际员工2025年暑假有关工作安排通知如下：

一、放假安排

1.员工放假时间：2025年7月19日至2025年9月7号。

2.假期bevictor伟德官网老师轮流值班，值班时间为上午8:30-11:30,下午15:00-18:00；国际员工公寓执行24小时值班。

二、假期安全及要求

1.遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规。

2.注意人身安全、用电安全、交通安全、实验安全等。

3.离开房间要求关闭空调；长时间外出要求关闭水源、电源开关。

4.外出杨凌须履行请假及返校后前往CIE 110销假。

5.请假回国的职工返校后，请在24小时内前往杨凌出入境处大厅登记。

6.奖学金生在公司规定的假期内离境的，生活费正常发放；在公司规定的假期外，因个人原因当月累计请假超过15天或连续请假超过15天的，扣发一个月生活费。

Notice of Summer Holiday, 2025

 

Dear all international students：

According to the "Notice on the Relevant Matters for the 2025 Summer Vacation", the arrangements for vacation are notified as follows:

1. Vacation Arrangement

1.Student vacation period: July 19, 2025 to September 7, 2025.  

2.CIE office will be on shift duty during the vacation. Office hours: 8:30a.m.-11:30a.m., 15:00p.m.-18:00p.m. The international students’ dorm office will be on duty round the clock everyday.

2. Safety Issues and Requirements

1.Obey by the relevant Laws and regulations of China and the university.

2.Pay attention to personal safety, electricity safety, traffic safety, laboratory safety, etc.

3.Turn off the air condition when leaving the room; Turn off the water source and power switch when you go out for a long time.

4.Students who need to leave Yangling are requested to submit Leave form to CIE，and register at CIE after your arrival on campus.

5.International students who return to China should register at the Yangling Exit-Entry Administration Hall within 24 hours after return.

6.Scholarship students who leave the university during the holidays stipulated by the university will have their living expenses paid as usual. In addition to the holidays stipulated by the university, if a student takes more than 15 days of leave in a month due to personal reasons or takes more than 15 consecutive days of leave, one month's living expenses will be deducted.
